2013 River Cleanup Morning April 28th
There's lots of drink cans, litter and rubbish along the river. You can help by joining us on Sunday 28th of April at 10:30a.m. Gloves and rubbish bags available. We need your help. Meeting at the Foot Bridge in Bandon.
Fly Tying Lessons March 14th at 7:30pm
For an hour and half to two hours with Phil Dewey.
Lessons will resume at Bandon Town Hall. Contact Fergal O'Regan for further information on the club mobile at 0863724358.
Water Safety and 1st Aid Course

The 2013 Youth Day was a hugely successful day with Glenda Powell providing fly casting tuition to the Youth of Bandon Angling. The children had a great time and were very enthusiastic. A big thank you to all who attended and helped out.

The Senior's Fly Casting Session with Glenda Powell proved to be another great success. With her professional and down to earth approach to all aspects of casting and fly fishing techniques, we all learned something new and look forward to having her back again. The highlight of the afternoon had to be a new dance move she taught us to demonstrate the snake roll! Has to be seen to be believed!
Important Message to All Members 

Please be careful if you decide to fish Mouse Hole and Poul an Oir as there is significant bank erosion caused by continuous flooding. A few club members have been up there as recent as last week and we would advise to exercise extreme caution even if you are walking through there.
